Results of meeting on computers at Outside In (where I live):

No chat, anywhere.
No cable modems, anywhere.
No networking between computers owned by different people, anywhere.
Housing clients are not allowed to posses access points or other "routers" while in housing, no exceptions.

Apparently someone can plug into my cable modem, guess my password for SAS, and use my cable. But thats a moot point, because OI is liable because the cable that the modem is on happens to be in OI's building.

And apparently, someone can spoof my MAC addresses and guess my 128 bit WEP key and use my access point.

So, really where does that leave me?
